A true test of a sailor's skill sailing short handed
Taking place the weekend after the Largs Regatta Festival, the Scottish Two Handed Race is open for keelboats.
Starting from the Largs Channel, competitors have a choice of two courses: 1) racing round Arran or 2) the Holy Island.
This unique race is a true test of sailing and endurance skills. Raced for over 30 years, it is the only two-handed race in Scotland with special prizes for the highest and lowest combined ages, first all-female team, and fastest boat around Arran.
