It was great to have over 70 Lymington Yacht Haven berth holders join our autumnal jaunt to Gins Clubhouse on the Beaulieu River.

It is always risky to schedule a Berth Holder rally for late-October, playing 'chicken' with the unpredictable British weather. But low and behold, it turned out to be an autumnal day from heaven with glorious sunshine, mild temperatures and calm conditions.

18 boats, plus our 'Thank Havens' RIB made the leisurely trip eastwards from Lymington to Beaulieu. The Hunter's Moon and very high springtide allowed boats of every shape and size to easily access the river moorings and Royal Southampton Yacht Club visitor pontoon.

Thank you to the Royal Southampton Yacht Club at Gins Clubhouse for their lunch, drinks and overall hospitality, including bosun James for his assistance.

Thank you to everyone who came! We'll be hosting more rallies in 2025 so look out on your emails and on our bridgehead noticeboards for further details.
