The worst kept secret in North Fambridge can now be fully unveiled!
Over the past few years, areas around the Yacht Station, marina and River Crouch have been used for filming of a new show for Apple TV; The Essex Serpent.
Set in Victorian England featuring a star studded cast led by Claire Danes, Tom Hiddleston, Frank Dillane, Clémence Poésy and Hayley Squires, The Essex Serpent follows London widow Cora Seaborne (Danes) who moves to Essex to investigate reports of a mythical serpent. She forms an unlikely bond with the village vicar (Hiddleston), but when tragedy strikes, locals accuse her of attracting the creature.
It's been a pleasure to work with the cast and crew, specifically the location and directorial team, over the past few years.
The trailer is out now with the film released on May 13th on Apple TV.
