Congratulations, Cathy
Many congratulations to Assistant Manager Cathy for successfully completing the Intermediate Marina Managers (IMM) Qualification in Hayling Island, Portsmouth.
Run by the Global Marina Institute (GMI), a partnership between British Marine and Marina Industries Association, the IMM Qualification is the industry-standard for marina practitioners in a managerial position with with several years experience in marina operations.
As part of the course, Cathy undertook extensive training in maritime law, customer service, health and safety, environmental compliance, marketing and more. Furthermore, Cathy and other professionals visited several marinas in the Portsmouth areas to understand how other marinas overcome operational challenges.
