A highly customer-oriented role, the Haven Master is expected to provide exceptional customer service and ensure all processes are carried out smoothly and efficiently to enable the customer to have full enjoyment of all marina facilities.

About Us

We’re based in North Fambridge and specialise in the berthing, lifting and storage of vessels of all types at our 220 berth marina in Essex.  The role is varied and will cover all areas of our marina operation from customer service to boat handling and industrial operations.

Fambridge Yacht Haven is a family-owned marina in North Fambridge on the banks of the River Crouch. Our peaceful, village location is a unique place to our staff and customers alike.

Part of the Yacht Havens Group with marinas and locations around the UK and Netherlands, we have been family-owned since we began in 1972 and still run by subsequent generations today. You could say we’ve got saltwater in our veins!

We take pride in our marina, ensuring it provides all the facilities for boat owners and the local market, as well as protecting the area for generations to come. In recent years, we’ve installed environmental washdown, partnered with a local business to ensure we have zero waste to landfill, and we’ve also rented out some space to an Apple TV film!
