Each year, nearly 2000 runners take part in the annual Lymington Lifeboat 10k Run and Children's Fun Runs, which is proudly sponsored by Haven Quay Lymington.
The run is one of the biggest events on the Lymington calendar with an estimated 3,000 people involved through running, supporting or marshalling the event.
Starting and finishing at Woodside Park in Lymington, the scenic 10k route takes runners through the lanes to Keyhaven before joining up with the coastal footpath and circling back to the Park.
Haven Quay are always well-represented with staff being joined by colleagues from Yacht Havens's sister-sites in Lymington.
A big "thank you" to the RNLI Lymington Lifeboat team for their support organising and enthusiasm for the event. And a further "thank you" to the entire Lymington community for their continued support for this brilliant local event.
