Earn money with your berth
It pays to share when you’re not there. You’ll get 50% of fees received from visitors using your berth when you’re away from Yacht Havens’ premises, between April and September. Just let us know when you’re away and we’ll do the rest.

Upper or Lower Basin
Separated by a tidal cill, our two marina basins offer different options for boaters.
You have the flexibility to change your berth and relocate between the upper and lower basins. Or, when you're berthed in the upper basin, we can move your boat to the lower basin ready for your arrival to help you catch the tide. Charges apply and this service is subject to availability.
Upper Basin
The upper basin provides a truly rural feel, flanked by dense forests on both sides and with expansive views upstream into the Westfield Pill Nature Reserve.
The upper basin is a great value option for boat owners with access over the tide cill varying from from 2.5-4.5hours either side of high water depending on your draft.
Lower Basin
The lower basin gives berth holders full tidal access to their boats and the freedom to come and go at your leisure. Our most popular option, the lower basin is one of the few marinas in Wales providing truly full-tide access without any lockgate restrictions.
Both basins have convenient washroom and toilet facilities, as well as secure bridgehead access, CCTV and berth holder car parking. Furthermore, all berths are serviced with free Wi-Fi, water and access to electricity.

Try Us Out First
Simply stay at Neyland on a visitor rate, to get a feel for the marina. Upon taking out an annual contract, we will deduct your visitor fees from your annual berthing charge and your contract will be backdated to when you first arrived in the marina.
