The Marina Office is open 7 days a week from 7:30am, there's always someone available to assist you

Absolutely! We have over 400 berths across the Upper Basin and Lower Basin, suitable for boats from 6m to 15m in length. To request an annual berth or a berthing quote, please contact our friendly Haven Team at Neyland@yachthavens.com.

Q: Is there a waiting list for berths?
Yes, there is a waiting list for berths which varies in length depending on the vessel size, please contact us for up-to-date availability.

Q: Can I request a specific location for my berth?
To some extent, yes! The marina is divided into the Upper Basin and Lower Basin, each with its own berthing rates.

    • Visitors are typically berthed in the Lower Basin for full tidal access but there is a lower visitor rate for the Upper Basin should you wish to leave the boat here for a while or the tides suit your sailing plans.
    • Annual berth holders can request a preferred basin, an alternative side to, a north or south facing berth and more via our internal request list subject to availability.

Yes, simply contact the office and we can usually allocate our holding berth or find another available berth to hold off on.

Q: Can I request my boat to be brought down to the lower basin if I am running late for the cill? Yes, we offer a vessel relocation service where we can tow your boat to a temporary berth ready for your arrival for a charge.

  • Q: What are the tidal restrictions at the marina?
    Access to the Upper Basin is via a tidal cill. There are marker boards displaying the depth of water over the cill in both feet and metres. The table below provides an indication of accessible hours around high tide based on different vessel drafts.

  • Q: Where can I find the tide times?
    You can check tide times online or pick up a copy of our tide books from the Marina Office.

    Yes! Every pontoon is fully serviced with water taps, and usage is included in your berthing fee.
  • Q: Are power hookups available?
    Yes, all berths have access to 16-amp. Annual berth holders will need to use a metered cable so we can accurately invoice you based on usage.
  • Q: Can I refill my water tanks?
    Yes, fresh water is available for refilling your tanks.

Upper Basin parking is controlled by a barrier which can be operated using your access fob.
