The Haven Pod is a unique, floating lodge located within our Pembrokeshire marina. Suitable for 2 adults and two children, the self-catered cabin offers stunning views and a quirky place to sleep!
Inside the pod, constructed by Quality Pods Wales, guests will find a range of amenities including kitchen facilities, dining room and chairs, a sofa and a comfortable double bed. The outdoor terrace and furniture, port holes and nautical finishing touches combine to provide a unique experience for guests!
Marina Manager James Cotton described his delight at the opening of the Haven Pod saying, "It has been a six month project from start to finish so it is a great to see the eco-friendly lodge open for guests. We've recycled old pontoons to provide a base for the pod as well as using ethically-sourced balau and cedar wood for the construction, finished off with Fairtrade amenities inside."
Commenting on the unique appearance of the Haven Pod, James said that heads have been turning lately with keen onlookers wanting to know what it was. "The final construction of the pod took place here at Neyland Yacht Haven so we've been busy answering questions from onlookers for several months! The response has been great and we've already had a number of bookings from boat owners who need additional room for friends and family, locals wanting a unique night away and general holiday makers!"
